COVID-19 Delivery Update

We have seen significant increases in online shopping due to COVID-19 restrictions, which are in many parts of Australia. This has resulted in volumes comparable to festival seasons.
While our delivery partners work hard to deliver your shipment on time, due to the increase in volume and operational restrictions, delays in the network may be experienced.
Our website estimates transit times do not reflect current service impacts. We ask that you allow two to three additional business days for transit before you contact the customer service team. Orders placed via Hunter Express or Allied will be delayed by 4-6 business days.
How you can help your customers
- Make sure at your end that the information/address/contact details provided to us are correct at the time of booking
- Avoid any Return to Sender or re-direction requests
- These restrictions apply to all shipments that are addressed to businesses.
